Health Guarentee

Our puppies come with a health guarantee against genetic defects that are deemed life-threatening by a licensed veterinarian for up to one year after the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic defect within this time frame, we will replace the puppy with another of equal value. A written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian is required for any replacement to be issued.

This health guarantee does not cover health issues that are not genetic in nature or issues that are not deemed life-threatening. We strongly recommend that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving it to have it examined. If your veterinarian finds any health issues that existed prior to the date of purchase, we must be notified immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide proper care and maintenance for the puppy, including regular veterinary check-ups, vaccinations, and preventative care. Any health issues that result from negligence or mistreatment on the part of the buyer are not covered by this guarantee.

By signing the sales contract, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this health guarantee.

Shipping Policy

We offer semen shipping services for our stud dogs worldwide. Semen is shipped via overnight delivery and is packaged in accordance with industry standards to ensure its safe arrival. We require payment in full prior to shipping. Shipping costs are paid by the dam owner.

In order to schedule semen shipment, please contact us at least one week in advance of the desired shipment date. We will work with you to determine the best date for shipment based on the female's ovulation cycle. It is the responsibility of the female's owner to ensure that she is ready for breeding at the time of semen arrival.

Semen will be packaged and shipped in accordance with industry standards. If there is a problem with the shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to find a solution.By scheduling a semen shipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this policy.

Puppy Shipping Policy

Puppies are shipped using a third party flight nanny to ensure the saftey of the puppy. All shipping costs are to be covered by the purchaser.

Deposit Policy

  1. Deposit Amount: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a puppy.

  2. Payment Method: Deposits can be paid via PayPal, Zelle, Credit Card, Cash.

  3. Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of the breeder being unable to provide the puppy or semen, in which case the deposit will be fully refunded. 

  4. Contract: The buyer will be required to sign a contract that outlines the terms of the deposit and the sale, including the price of the puppy or semen, any health guarantees, and any other important details.

  5. Communication: The deposit policy will be clearly communicated on the website, and buyers will be required to acknowledge that they have read and understood the policy before making a deposit.

  6. Timelines: The buyer must make the deposit within 24 hours of selecting a puppy. If the deposit is not received within that timeframe, the puppy will be made available to other buyers. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the puppy is released to the buyer.

Return Policy

  1. We do not accept returns of puppies once they have been delivered to the buyer, except in the case of a genetic health problem covered by our health guarantee.

  2. Refunds: If a genetic health problem is found, we will offer a replacement puppy or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion. The buyer must provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian that the puppy has a genetic health problem.

  3. Communication: Any concerns or issues with the puppy must be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, we will assume that the puppy has been accepted and any issues will be covered by our health guarantee.

  4. Transportation: The buyer is responsible for all transportation costs associated with returning the puppy.

  5. Contract: The buyer will be required to sign a contract that outlines our return policy and health guarantee.

We want our buyers to be happy with their new puppies, and we take the health of our puppies very seriously. We believe that our health guarantee and return policy are fair and reasonable, and we are happy to answer any questions that you may have.

  1. Quality: We strive to breed quality puppies that meet breed standards and are free from genetic health problems.

  2. Care: We provide our dogs with proper care, nutrition, and socialization to ensure their health and well-being.

  4. Honesty: We are honest and transparent in our dealings with buyers, and we provide all relevant information about our puppies, including health records and genetic testing.

  5. Support: We provide support and guidance to our buyers throughout the puppy's life, including advice on training, health, and nutrition.

  6. Education: We are committed to educating ourselves and our buyers about responsible dog ownership, breed-specific health concerns, and the importance of spaying/neutering.

  7. Respect: We treat our dogs and our buyers with respect, and we do not engage in unethical or inhumane breeding practices.

  8. Collaboration: We collaborate with other responsible breeders and organizations to promote responsible breeding and dog ownership.

We believe that our code of ethics is essential to our mission as responsible breeders. We are committed to upholding these principles in all of our breeding practices and interactions with buyers and the broader dog community.

  1. Information Collection: We may collect personal information from buyers, such as name, address, phone number, and email address, for the purposes of processing puppy reservations and semen shipping.

  2. Use of Information: We use the personal information we collect to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and communicate with buyers about their orders and our breeding program.

  3. Sharing of Information: We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share personal information with service providers that we use to process orders and deliver puppies/semen.

  4. Data Security: We take appropriate measures to secure the personal information we collect, including using secure servers and encryption protocols.

  5. Cookies: We use cookies to improve the user experience on our website and to analyze website traffic.

  6. Opt-Out: Buyers may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by contacting us or unsubscribing from our email list.

  7. Legal Compliance: We may disclose personal information in response to legal requests or to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  8. Children's Privacy: Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
